Thomas J. Lomis, M.D. is medical director of the Valley Breast Care and Women’s Health Center. Dr. Lomis is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and conducts a private practice in surgical oncology and general surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed a clinical surgical oncology fellowship at the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, California. He is author of several articles, including articles related to the development and testing of cancer drugs, and has presented at conferences nationally and internationally.

Michael M. Litwin, M.D. is the chief breast radiologist for Valley Breast Care and Women’s Health Center. He is board certified in radiology and has advanced training in the interpretation of mammography studies. Dr. Litwin is also well versed in a number of other modalities, including CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and stereotactic biopsies. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine, which was followed by a residency in radiology at L.A. County-USC Medical Center.
